Personal Training

A Personal Trainer is an exercise professional with the knowledge and experience to offer advice and guidance in the areas of exercise and fitness. They assist you by designing a safe and effective exercise program to help you reach your personal goals. You may choose to have a one-on-one session or in a group of 2 or more with like goals. Depending on your personal needs, you may want to meet with your trainer once or twice a week or have a program designed for you then meet every 4-6 weeks for an update.

Ten sessions: $300.00*

Cancellation and Late Policy

We require a 24 hour notice to cancel or change your scheduled appointment time or you will be charged in full. (Bad weather and medical emergencies excluded). If you are late for your scheduled time, we will need to end your session at the regularly schedule time to keep others on time. If for any reason we are late starting you will receive your entire scheduled visit. Thank you for understanding these necessary policies.
